Marketing Lead – UK & EMEA

Location: Remote/Hybrid (UK)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Our client is a rapidly growing global SaaS organisation transforming how enterprise businesses manage complex commercial and revenue operations. As the business continues to expand across the UK and EMEA, they are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to help drive demand generation, campaign execution, and brand awareness across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded marketer who enjoys combining creativity with execution. You'll work across digital marketing, content, events, webinars, and website optimisation while embracing AI-powered tools to increase productivity and campaign performance.

The Role

You'll play a central role in planning, executing and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement and qualified pipeline.

Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing and external partners, you'll coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, develop engaging content, support customer events, and continually refine marketing performance through data-driven insights.

This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same, offering plenty of opportunity to introduce new ideas, leverage modern marketing technology and help shape the company's marketing function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
