About Stratpilot
Stratpilot is building a secure AI workspace for executives and their teams, helping organisations bring AI into everyday work across their data, systems and workflows.
Our product is moving into an important commercial growth stage. We are now looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to take ownership of our marketing engine and help us build a predictable flow of qualified opportunities.
You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO and coordinate an existing team and specialist resources covering content, SEO, paid advertising, marketing automation and outbound.
This is not a role where you'll simply manage a marketing plan or agencies from a distance.
We're looking for someone who can think strategically, lead the team and still roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
What you'll own
Your primary goal is to turn marketing into a measurable contributor to qualified leads, sales pipeline and revenue.
You'll:
- Develop and execute our overall B2B marketing strategy
- Own marketing-qualified lead generation and pipeline contribution
- Develop campaigns for our key customer segments
- Strengthen positioning, messaging and propositions
- Own website conversion and landing-page performance
- Coordinate our content and SEO programme
- Manage paid acquisition, including Google and other relevant channels
- Build newsletters, email campaigns and nurture journeys
- Develop webinars, reports, guides and other lead-generation assets
- Support product launches and feature campaigns
- Develop customer stories and case studies
- Build campaigns across LinkedIn and other B2B channels
- Coordinate internal specialists, freelancers and external partners
- Work closely with sales on lead quality, demos and conversion
- Monitor marketing performance, attribution and ROI
- Experiment with new channels and scale what works

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
