The company
Grasp exists to turn time online into capability. We think the best learning format ever devised is the tutorial system: one guide who curates reading lists worth your time, and sessions with real push-back where you can’t hide. It’s been reserved for a few thousand people a year at Oxford and Cambridge. We’re rebuilding it in software, for anyone with an internet connection, $6 a month, and the effort to use them.
The product today curates the best of the open internet and interleaves it with exercises that don’t let you pretend to know. We have a growing base of paying learners and investors who use the product themselves.
We’re a team of six. Everyone here taught themselves most of what they use at work, from deep learning to product strategy, and that’s the skill we’re trying to pass on. Half the team spent years at Revolut and we share investors, including one of its cofounders. We’ve kept the working style: small team, high bar, everyone hands-on, ship and correct fast.
You can find out more about us on our about page.
The role
You’d be our first marketer, focused on product and content. There is a product people pay for, a team that will build whatever measurement you need, and an audience of self-directed learners who are already out there figuring things out on their own. Your job is to find them and talk to them like one of them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

In the first quarter that means owning how we talk to learners from the landing page through onboarding, and starting alternative channels to grow the audience on. Then it means growing them.
This isn’t the job if you want a brief and a calendar, a team to delegate to, or to work from home a lot.
