Marketing Lead — Crypto Infrastructure (London)

About the Company

Our client is a leading blockchain infrastructure company at the heart of the Ethereum ecosystem, responsible for producing roughly 50% of all blocks on the network. As they expand into new product lines serving both retail and institutional audiences, they are looking for a Marketing Lead to build the function from the ground up and shape how the world understands what we do.

The Role

This is a comms-first marketing leadership role. You'll be the architect of our narrative, building reputation, trust, and clarity around a highly technical business, and translating that story for audiences ranging from retail crypto users to sophisticated institutional partners.

You won't be inheriting a large team or a playbook, you'll be building the function. They need someone sharp enough to genuinely understand the technology and the space, and skilled enough to distill that into messaging that lands, whoever the audience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
