Are you looking to build a career in commercial sales and account management? Do you enjoy speaking with people, uncovering opportunities, and helping potential clients find the right solution?
We're looking for a proactive and ambitious Lead Qualification Executive to join a growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to develop into an Account Manager role in the future.
The Role
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you'll be responsible for engaging with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and other channels. Your role will be to qualify potential clients, understand their requirements, assess suitability, and ensure high-quality opportunities are passed to Account Managers.
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience while helping drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact marketing-generated leads via phone, email, and CRM follow-up activities.
- Qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs, objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Build rapport and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records and activity updates within the CRM system.
- Manage a structured follow-up process to maximise lead conversion opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
- Achieve daily and weekly lead engagement targets.
- Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Continuously develop product and industry knowledge.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence speaking to prospective clients over the phone and email.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- A positive, resilient, and target-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, recruitment, hospitality, business development, or lead generation is desirable.
