This is a highly practical digital marketing role with responsibility for the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of CPC's email marketing, HubSpot automation, website, organic social media, paid digital campaigns and digital performance reporting.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager – Digital, Audiences and Data, you will turn organisational and campaign priorities into effective digital activity, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and to the right audiences.

This is a hands-on delivery role to grow and engage audience across the target segments and markets by promoting our funding opportunities, events, videos, reports, projects and other content. You will build and schedule emails, create HubSpot workflows and campaign reports, create webpages, be responsible for social content, set up and optimise paid LinkedIn campaigns, and analyse performance using HubSpot and GA4.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of email campaigns in HubSpot, including audience setup and segmentation, email building, testing, scheduling, personalisation and quality assurance.
  • Manage the organisation-wide email marketing schedule, coordinating campaigns and audience communications.
  • Create, edit and publish website content, landing pages, forms, events, opportunities and campaign pages, applying SEO and accessibility best practice.

  • Use HubSpot, GA4 and social and paid media analytics to monitor performance and turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Communications colleagues and internal stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into effective digital activity.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring activity is delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
