Role: Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

Salary: £35-40k plus benefits

Role Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Marketing & Lead Generation Executive with a strong sales focus to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can combine creative marketing skills with a clear understanding of lead generation and new business development.

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the company’s brand awareness, generating qualified sales opportunities, and supporting the wider sales function through targeted marketing activity.


The Role:

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and expanding the company’s brand profile across social media channels
  • Creating and maintaining marketing collateral and promotional materials
  • Maintaining, refreshing, and developing website content
  • Producing engaging content including blogs, videos, case studies, and social media posts
  • Managing and improving multiple lead-generation channels
  • Using AI, SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Supporting the sales team by identifying prospects and securing new business appointments
  • Monitoring campaign performance and maximising return on marketing activity
  • Coordinating applications for relevant industry awards
  • Collecting and developing client testimonials
  • Writing customer case studies and success stories
  • Supporting wider marketing and sales projects
  • Producing professional presentations and written content for both internal and external use

The Candidate:

They are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a marketing, lead generation, or sales-focused marketing role
  • A strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing activity contributes to sales growth
  • Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and online lead generation
  • An interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing performance
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Confidence working closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive and results-driven approach
  • Experience within commercial cleaning, facilities management, property services, or another B2B service environment would be advantageous.
