About MiFinity

MiFinity is a regulated global payments company serving more than one million users across 223+ countries and territories. Our eWallet and payment products are used by more than 1,200 brands. We are licensed by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the Malta Financial Services Authority, with offices in Dublin, Malta, and Belfast.

Role summary

MiFinity is looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Lead to lead integrated brand, product, and campaign activity across both consumer and business audiences. Based in Dublin and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will turn business priorities into clear marketing plans and make sure work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and with measurable outcomes.

The role works closely with our Acquisition, Retention, SEO, Design, and UX teams, as well as Product, Commercial, Compliance, and external partners. You will also manage the Social Media Coordinator, setting direction and standards while the Social Media Coordinator retains day-to-day responsibility for publishing, community management, and channel reporting.

Key responsibilities

Integrated campaigns and brand

  • Lead integrated B2C and B2B campaigns from brief and budget through to launch and review, covering product launches, promotions, corporate initiatives, and partner activity while maintaining a consistent MiFinity brand.
  • Turn commercial and product priorities into clear propositions, messaging, and delivery plans, coordinating campaign assets, selected web content, and localisation with Design, UX, SEO, and external suppliers.
  • Work with the Senior Acquisition and Retention Leads to activate campaigns across paid, CRM, lifecycle, and owned channels, with clear objectives and ownership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
