One of the world's most iconic and recognisable brands is seeking an ambitious, commercially astute and highly influential Marketing Lead to drive growth across a strategically important European region.
This is an opportunity to shape and execute marketing strategy across the UK, and Ireland, leading initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, deepen customer engagement and accelerate commercial performance.
About the Role
As Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of the development, implementation and optimisation of marketing activities across a diverse and strategically significant region. You will leverage your understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics and cultural nuances to create compelling marketing programmes that resonate with customers, strengthen brand loyalty and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR, events and retail channels.
- Lead the localisation and activation of regional and global marketing initiatives to maximise market relevance and commercial impact.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and advocacy through innovative, insight-led marketing programmes.
- Plan and deliver engaging customer experiences, events and activations for customers, partners, dealer networks and stakeholders.
- Create and deploy dealer marketing toolkits, campaign assets and best-practice frameworks.
- Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to continuously improve ROI and effectiveness.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure investment aligns with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, dealer networks, agencies and key stakeholders to enhance market performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, industry contacts and strategic partners.
- Identify emerging trends, market opportunities and customer insights to support innovation and future growth.

Essential Experience & Skills

- Proven success delivering marketing strategies and campaigns across UK and Irish Markets.
- Strong understanding of digital-first and omnichannel marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on growth, performance and measurable outcomes.
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in a senior marketing or marketing lead role.
- Experience within automotive, mobility, lifestyle, premium consumer goods or related sectors.
- Experience working across distributor, dealer or franchise networks.
- Experience managing marketing programmes within complex international organisations.
