Senior Marketing Manager/Marketing Lead

Up to £70-80K plus Bonus

Leicester (Hybrid)

A growing UK technology business is looking for an experienced Marketer to lead its digital marketing function and drive B2B lead generation across digital, brand/product marketing, paid social, email and content.

Our client operates across VoIP, business broadband, cloud communications and emerging AI technology, including AI-powered phone systems and voice agents.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full ownership of digital marketing strategy, campaigns, budget and team performance.

What you’ll do

  • Own and deliver the overall digital marketing and demand-generation strategy
  • Lead a team across marketing
  • Demand generation activities including events, PR, and other GTM techniques
  • Develop go-to-market campaigns for new AI and technology products
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn and Meta
  • Develop email marketing, lead nurturing and ABM activity
  • Drive website CRO, landing pages and A/B testing
  • Analyse performance, ROI and pipeline
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and external agencies where required
  • Identify new opportunities across emerging areas such as GEO, AEO and AI search
  • Mentor and develop team members while driving best practice

What we’re looking for

You’ll have 7+ years’ digital marketing and demand-generation experience, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, telecoms or an agency environment, with previous experience leading a team or managing marketing resources.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong strategic and hands-on GTM/acquisition marketing experience
  • Proven SEO and PPC expertise
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta
  • Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation, ABM and marketing funnels
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • A commercially focused, data-driven approach
