Marketing Lead | Sevenoaks, Kent (Hybrid) | £40,000 - £50,000

My client, a fast-growing technology business, is seeking a Marketing Lead to take ownership of the marketing function. Working closely with senior leadership, this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and creative marketer to shape strategy, deliver campaigns and drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the overall marketing strategy and activity
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Create content across social media, email, website, and sales materials
  • Lead product launches and go-to-market activity
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage marketing budgets and support wider growth initiatives
  • Oversee website, SEO, and customer journey optimisation
  • Work closely with Sales to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Research new markets, customers, and growth opportunities
  • Utilise AI and emerging tools to improve marketing performance and productivity
  • Identify and implement AI tools and automation opportunities to streamline marketing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual workload
  • Explore and adopt emerging marketing technology and AI platforms to enhance content creation, campaign optimisation, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in marketing, growth, or digital marketing
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the marketing function
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, commercially minded, and analytically driven
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience across digital marketing, content, social media, email, and SEO
