Are you a strategic growth marketer who thrives at the intersection of marketing, commercial strategy and customer experience? This is an opportunity to shape how millions of customers discover, engage with and remain loyal to a rapidly growing consumer business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver integrated consumer growth and marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push notifications, and in-app communications.
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans for new products, merchants, and strategic commercial initiatives.
  • Own loyalty and membership initiatives, driving customer value and long-term engagement.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by partnering with research and insights teams to shape marketing strategy and improve customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to unlock incremental commercial, advertising, and partner-funded marketing investment.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, product, analytics, brand, and performance marketing teams to deliver large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
  • Use data, customer insights, and performance metrics to optimise campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support campaign planning and execution while influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
