The Role
You’ll start with structured training in our Edinburgh office, working alongside experienced mentors to develop your skills across marketing, sales, communication and business operations.
As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, contribute to campaign growth and support the development of one of our Scottish locations.
What You’ll Do
- Represent established brands through professional face-to-face customer engagement
- Support the delivery and development of marketing campaigns
- Track & manage a team’s KPIs and performance (as you grow)
- Build strong customer relationships and gather valuable market insights
- Contribute ideas and take ownership of projects
- Develop your communication, commercial and leadership skills
- Progress through a structured development pathway based on performance
