Marketing Management Trainee
Location: Milton Keynes (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time | Immediate Start Available
Earnings: OTE £28,000+ with uncapped commission based on performance
Relay Direct, a fast-growing face-to-face sales and marketing agency, is looking for ambitious Marketing Management Trainees to join our expanding team. We work with some of the UK's most recognised brands, helping them connect with new customers while providing our people with a clear, structured pathway into business and leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging customers: Representing leading brands face-to-face through B2B, B2C campaigns and events.
- Driving business growth: Promoting products and services, generating leads, and acquiring new customers.
- Achieving goals: Working towards ambitious performance targets and striving to exceed expectations.
- Developing leadership skills: Building your communication, sales, business, and management skills through ongoing training and mentorship.
