We represent global powerhouses—including Mercedes-Benz, EE, Verisure, and E-On Next—spearheading high-yield campaigns across Corporate Events, B2B portfolios, Premium Retail, and Field marketing. To meet our aggressive client expansion targets through 2026 and 2027, we are looking to cultivate raw talent into senior managers via a structured, hands-on pathway.
The Progression Pathway
Phase 1 (Brand Advocacy)
- Master the fundamentals of frontline brand representation, client portfolios, and customer acquisition.
Phase 2 (Junior Management)
- Take on team coordination,
- Run daily briefings,
- Mentor newer executives, and
- Track campaign KPIs.
Phase 3 (Senior Direction)
- Gain complete autonomy over backend operations,
- Financial forecasting, and
- Territory management to spearhead brand-new regional office locations.

What We Are Looking For
- Drive & Ambition: Highly self-motivated individuals eager to take on leadership accountability early in their career.
- Communication Fluidity: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage both consumers and corporate stakeholders.
- Background: Open to recent graduates of any discipline or professionals looking to pivot into sector management.
- Location: Must be currently living in, or ready to immediately relocate to, Edinburgh.
