Role Description
The Marketing Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The trainee will support the planning and execution of face-to-face marketing campaigns, assisting with market research, campaign setup, and performance tracking. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating promotional activities, engaging directly with customers, gathering feedback, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all interactions. The role involves working closely with senior marketing team members to develop marketing plans, analyze results, and refine strategies that support client growth and brand visibility. The trainee will also collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards of customer service and contribute to a positive, performance-driven environment.

- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to create positive experiences, build trust with audiences, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a foundational understanding of marketing principles, interest in experiential or field marketing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- A relevant academic background (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications) or practical experience in sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from feedback and coaching are highly valued.
