Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: £35,000 - 45,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (37.5 per week)

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the entire marketing function within a purpose-driven organisation. You'll have the freedom to shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders, lead impactful campaigns, and make a measurable difference to our commercial success.
As our new Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of Babington's marketing strategy across both B2B and B2C audiences. Working closely with the CEO and Chief Commercial Officer, you'll identify growth opportunities, drive lead generation, elevate brand awareness, and ensure our marketing activity delivers measurable commercial results.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee the full marketing mix from digital marketing, content creation, and social media, to events, brand management, and campaign performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Babington's marketing strategy aligned to business objectives
- Drive B2B lead generation and support business growth initiatives
- Design and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Create compelling sales and marketing collateral
- Lead digital marketing activity including website, SEO, PPC, and social media
- Monitor campaign performance and maximise ROI
- Manage supplier and agency relationships
- Support internal communications and employer brand activity
- Manage the marketing budget and reporting
- Represent Babington at events, exhibitions, and conferences

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role.
- Strong B2B marketing and lead generation experience.
- Demonstrable success delivering multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and results-driven mindset.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organised.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
