Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and delivering all marketing, communications, branding and promotional activities across Denholm Industrial Services. The role supports business growth, brand awareness, recruitment, employee engagement and client relationships, ensuring a consistent and professional image across all business units and communication channels.

Profile
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within a B2B, technical, manufacturing or construction-related environment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services across all its markets.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, along with exhibitions and promotional events.
- Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, CRM systems and lead generation best practices.
- Create content, including copywriting for diverse marketing distributions, such as brochures, press releases and website material.
- Develop and optimise marketing initiatives to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities and market trends.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to support collaboration on promotional activities.
- Lead divisional participation in any Group-wide communications projects, including collating and writing content for the Group’s in-house magazine.
- Be the brand champion for the division and direct the business streams in the correct and full use of the organisation’s brand guidelines.
- Experience managing budgets, multiple stakeholders and external agency relationships.

Person Specification
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
- Experience of website management and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience creating marketing literature and branded materials.
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe or similar).
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software, such as CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Collaborative and a strong team builder.
