Referment is working with a growing B2B technology and data business to hire a Marketing Manager to support the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, content, events and sales enablement.

This is a broad, hands-on marketing role working closely with the senior marketing and commercial teams. You’ll help plan and execute campaigns designed to build awareness, generate pipeline and support growth across a number of regulated and complex industries.

The role would suit someone with a few years of B2B marketing experience who enjoys variety and wants to take more ownership across the full marketing mix.

The Role

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Delivering B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, social and content channels.
  • Supporting and coordinating industry events, webinars and roundtables.
  • Managing campaign activity in HubSpot, including workflows, landing pages, nurture journeys and reporting.
  • Producing high-quality marketing collateral and sales materials.
  • Supporting SEO and SEM activity to improve visibility and campaign performance.
  • Managing and growing organic social activity, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Tracking campaign performance and making data-led recommendations.
  • Working closely with Sales and client-facing teams to align marketing activity with pipeline priorities.
  • Supporting the creation of case studies, testimonials and client success content.
  • Building and maintaining sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, proposal templates and campaign collateral.
  • Supporting account-based marketing activity for target accounts.
  • Assisting with website updates, landing pages and campaign-related content.
  • Conducting competitor and market research to support messaging and positioning.
  • Managing agency and freelancer relationships where required.
  • Supporting marketing reporting and presentation materials for senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with around 2 to 4 years’ hands-on B2B marketing experience.

You’ll Ideally Have

  • Experience working in B2B marketing, preferably within technology, software, data or a related services business.
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience supporting or running events, webinars and roundtables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A good understanding of how marketing activity contributes to pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, ideally HubSpot.
  • Exposure to SEO, SEM and paid digital activity.
  • Experience creating or coordinating marketing collateral.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commercial mindset.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, would be useful.

Experience within financial services, utilities, telecoms, retail or other regulated sectors would also be relevant, but isn’t essential.

This could suit someone currently working as a Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive, Campaign Manager, B2B Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager who is looking for broader ownership within a growing business.
