Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Peterborough. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that support Keystone Strategic’s brand, services, and growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Planning and executing marketing strategies
- Developing and managing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Creating marketing materials
- Maintaining the company’s online presence
- Analyzing market trends and performance data
- Managing the marketing calendar
- Collaborating with leadership to align messaging with business priorities
- Coordinating events and workshops
- Managing external vendors or partners
- Ensuring consistent, professional communication across all touchpoints
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning
- Skills in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and website optimization
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data, build reports, and make data-informed recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating professional marketing materials
- Organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in B2B or professional services marketing is highly beneficial; familiarity with small or owner-led businesses is an advantage
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
