About ActiveMe 360

Active Me 360 is a Community Interest Company on a mission to change lives through the power of physical activity, sport, and education. Every week we engage 17,000+ children across Hampshire and West Sussex through our four pillars: Active Schools, Active Holidays, Active Communities, and Active Futures.

As a certified Social Enterprise, we reinvest 65% of our profits back into local communities, and we’re proud to be Investors in People accredited and the first education and sport provider in Hampshire to achieve the Bronze Social Value Quality Mark. When you work here, the impact is real, visible, and shared.

The role

We’re looking for a hands-on, curious Marketing Manager to join our small, fun, and committed marketing team. This is not a box-ticking execution role: you’ll help shape what we do, not just deliver it.

Based in our Fair Oak office in Eastleigh (minimum three days per week, with hybrid flexibility), you will:

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across our four service areas and suite of products and services
  • Own day-to-day management of our WordPress website and digital channels
  • Use HubSpot to run email campaigns, nurture journeys, and keep our data clean and segmented
  • Lead implementation of our social media strategy
  • Work closely with and develop our Marketing Apprentice (line management post-probation)
  • Produce engaging content using Canva and AI tools, from campaign assets to community stories
  • Report on performance and use insight to question, refine, and improve what we do

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll report to our Head of Marketing & Communications, and work closely with colleagues across the organisation and external partners, making sure everything we put out is audience-led, on brand, and true to our social mission. No two weeks look the same.

About you

You’re an experienced, multi-channel marketer (around 5+ years) who:

  • Asks “who is this for and why and how can I make it better?” before jumping into tactics
  • Is comfortable managing websites, socials, email, and content production
  • Uses data and insight to guide decisions, not just report numbers
  • Enjoys collaborating, contributing ideas, and being challenged in a supportive way
  • Is excited by the idea of seeing your marketing play out in schools, holiday camps, and communities – not just on a dashboard
