Marketing Manager

Referment is working with a London-based company whose AI platform helps the world's largest construction and infrastructure projects forecast outcomes and reduce risk. It serves major owner-operators in energy, utilities and mass transit, and has more recently developed generative AI capabilities for capital project planning and reporting.

The company is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to run its marketing across a broad channel mix — account-based marketing, events, content, social, email and performance — and to act as product owner for its website. You'll sit in the Growth team, reporting to the VP of Growth, and own the planning and delivery of marketing programmes.

The role is deliberately wide. You'll move between writing and content, campaign execution and partner management, with no direct reports but a bench of freelance designers, video production partners and a specialist agency to brief and hold to deadline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role

  • Run account-based marketing programmes, coordinating multi-channel touches across target accounts with the BDR and sales teams.
  • Plan and deliver events, from trade shows and conferences to workshops, including promotion and follow-up.
  • Create content that builds authority in construction and infrastructure risk: articles, case studies, guides and videos.
  • Own LinkedIn and email marketing, producing a regular cadence of posts and campaigns.
  • Manage limited performance marketing campaigns aimed at specific organisations, and report on their return.
  • Drive PR, including press releases, announcements and award submissions.
  • Manage and improve the website on Webflow, keeping it current and converting.
  • Brief and manage freelance designers and video partners to a consistent standard, and manage an answer-engine-optimisation partner.
  • Track performance by channel and campaign to decide where effort goes next.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years in marketing roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent writing — able to turn technical subject matter into clear, confident copy for senior buyers.
  • A generalist's range across ABM, events, content, social, email, performance marketing and PR, and an understanding of how each contributes to pipeline.
  • Experience managing external partners: freelancers, agencies and specialist vendors.
  • A genuine interest in the problems the company solves, and in how its customers talk about their world.
  • A preference for accountability and agency — ownership of outcomes rather than tasks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in construction, infrastructure or the built environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Webflow.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML products.

This could suit a B2B SaaS marketer ready to take on a broader, more autonomous remit, or a generalist who enjoys both writing and campaign delivery.
