This is an opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale, nationally recognised live event, delivering integrated campaigns that drive visitor attendance, commercial success and long-term brand growth.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, social media, PR, paid media and offline channels.
  • Driving visitor acquisition, engagement and retention through data-led marketing strategies.
  • Managing campaign budgets and measuring ROI across all activity.
  • Building strategic partnerships to increase audience reach and brand awareness.
  • Managing agency relationships across creative, digital, PR and media buying.
  • Delivering CRM and email marketing campaigns using audience segmentation and customer insights.
  • Overseeing website content and ensuring digital channels remain engaging and optimised.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, producing reports and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Operations and Event teams to deliver commercial objectives.
  • Supporting the delivery of the live event, ensuring marketing activity is executed successfully onsite.
  • Researching market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
