With exciting growth plans, a loyal client base and a genuine appreciation for good marketing, they're looking for a savvy marketer to join the team on a maternity cover basis.
🌟 The role
This is a varied, hands-on marketing role where you'll have genuine ownership and plenty of scope to make an impact.
- Planning and managing the marketing calendar
- Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Email marketing and CRM activity
- Content and brand projects
- Reviewing performance data and identifying opportunities
- Managing agencies and external partners
- Coordinating events and marketing activity
- Bringing new ideas and opportunities to the table
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider business

🙌 About you
We're looking for someone with around 4–5 years' marketing experience who is ready for their next step and wants a role where they're trusted to get on with things. You'll ideally have experience in property or a related sector such as hospitality, travel or retail, although the right marketing experience and commercial mindset are what really matter.
You'll be:
- Proactive, commercially minded and keen to make things happen
- Comfortable owning projects and managing multiple priorities
- Creative, with the ability to turn ideas into action
- Confident using data to understand performance and identify opportunities
- A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
- Organised without being rigid
- Happy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in
