Are you looking for a role within a forward-thinking and innovative medical device manufacturer involved in front-line trauma-based products?
They are currently looking for a 12-month contract cover in their Marketing Manager position and offers someone a secure opportunity to continue the foundations set by the present Marketing Manager.
Purpose and objectives of the role
Deliver the strategic and tactical international marketing plans to support the 3-year business strategy and financial goals.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Support GM in developing new strategic plans and general divisional momentum.
- Takes the lead in creating, prioritizing, and executing SMART deliverables to support the 3-year strategic and financial goals and the main country priorities.
- Grow – and measure – the Brand equity ensuring all materials.
- Identifies and communicates the brand values and the core marketing goals related to changing end user behaviours.
- Measures the value and outcome of marketing activities and proactively adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback (utilizing online and offline tools, i.e. CRM, Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, Exhibitions, and others).
- Identifies and oversees all exhibition presence according to the overall strategy.
- Oversees the development process from briefing to creative output of all promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.

Qualifications/Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience and proven track record within marketing.
- Professional Qualifications (CIM) within marketing.
- Knowledge of the Medical Device or First Aid Industry.
- Willingness to undertake international travel.

Desirable
- Knowledge of working in a distributor-led market / business model, ideally within a global distributor network.
