MARKETING MANAGER - 12 Month Fixed term contract
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who likes getting stuck in.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be right in the middle of the action — turning ideas into campaigns, getting content out into the world, supporting our restaurants and making sure Honest shows up brilliantly wherever our customers find us.
You’ll work closely with the wider Marketing, Ops and People teams, as well as our creative and PR partners. Some days you'll be planning a campaign, others you’ll be in a restaurant getting content, briefing a designer or figuring out why something isn't quite working. No two days will look exactly the same.
SO, WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING?
You'll help our restaurants to reach new customers and keep existing guests coming back for more brilliant burger experiences.
You will keep the marketing calendar moving, get campaigns and events out the door and make sure all the little things don't get forgotten.
You'll be expected to roll your sleeves up, get involved and make things happen — rather than sitting back and waiting for someone else to do it.
YOU’LL GET STUCK INTO…
- Getting out into our restaurants to capture content, understand what's happening on the ground and spot opportunities.
- Supporting our amazing Operations Managers and restaurant General Managers with local marketing activity, events and campaigns.
- Helping plan and deliver marketing campaigns and events across social, email, advertising, CRM and loyalty.
- Managing the day-to-day marketing calendar and making sure activity goes out when it should.
- Supporting our restaurant teams with creation and publishing content across our social channels.
- Working with our creative partners to brief, review and deliver design, photography, video and other content.
- Coordinating PR activity and working closely with our PR agency to get the right stories out there.
- Keeping our website, CRM and other customer/guest-facing channels fresh and up to date.
- Bringing new ideas from across food, hospitality, culture and social back to the team.
- Analysing campaign / event results to understand what's working and make business recommendations
- Support the People team on employer brand content, recruitment campaigns and internal communications.
- Planning and organising photoshoots, coming up with the shot list, managing timings on the day with the food team and photographer, hiring props, helping with styling and composition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
