Marketing Manager (12-Month FTC) – Large-Scale B2B Events

We’re looking for a confident, organised and experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of a major B2B events portfolio on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role leading the full marketing strategy for two large UK events, including a flagship show with thousands of attendees and hundreds of exhibitors.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building multi-channel campaigns, and want to work with a supportive, collaborative team — this is a fantastic opportunity.

What You’ll Lead

You’ll manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for two UK events (on flagship), including:

  • Full campaign ownership across email, digital, social, web, print and partnerships
  • Audience development, registration growth and seniority targeting
  • Multi-channel messaging, copywriting and content planning
  • Onsite support during live event days
  • Collaboration with internal teams (content, sales, digital, data)
  • Managing relationships with key industry partners
  • Optional line management of a Marketing Assistant

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
