Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the delivery of strategic thought leadership marketing and activation programs within a fast-paced, agency-style environment. This role partners with program owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional marketing and communications teams to create, plan, manage, and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee content development, campaign activation, project coordination, and performance measurement while ensuring brand alignment and marketing excellence across multiple channels.
What you will do
- Develop thought leadership derivative assets, including client presentations, articles, executive summaries, social media content, and data visualizations.
- Contribute to thought leadership development through proofreading, content reviews, and client story approval processes.
- Build integrated production plans, workback schedules, and manage project dependencies, timelines, and review cycles.
- Partner with campaign management and channel teams to package and activate marketing assets across multiple channels.
- Coordinate internal and external campaign activation activities, including stakeholder briefings and enablement sessions.
- Manage performance tracking inputs and maintain reporting dashboards across web, email, and social media channels.
- Contribute to the development of marketing playbooks, templates, baseline materials, and content libraries.
- Manage compliance activities, including brand quality assurance, privacy and data approvals, and tagging requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated B2B marketing communications aligned with brand standards.
- Support end-to-end marketing project execution while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in content development and marketing project management.
- 4 - 10+ years in content development and marketing project management.
- Proven experience delivering multifaceted thought leadership content and integrated marketing programs.
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve marketing content development and execution.
- Strong written communication skills across a variety of marketing and communications deliverables.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing communications aligned with corporate brand standards.
- Understanding of brand alignment, visual communications, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a collaborative, agency-style environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a remote environment.
