Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Marketing Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. As a key guardian of the Pennyfarthing brand, you will play an instrumental role in planning, developing, and delivering a wide range of high-quality marketing campaigns and initiatives, building brand awareness, and generating customer leads.
Whilst leading, developing, and inspiring the marketing team, you will ensure our brand is consistently and creatively represented across all internal and external communications, working with customers, industry partners, and external agencies, to deliver engaging and effective marketing activity.

- Experience of managing, motivating, and developing a team.
- Proven experience in a similar marketing management role, ideally within the housebuilding industry, and associated qualifications. CIM membership would be desirable.
- A strong track record of developing and delivering creative marketing strategies and campaigns, launches, events, and lead generation activity.
- Management of CRM systems, marketing budgets, performance measurement, and delivering ROI.
- Experience of market research, with analytical and market insight to evaluate and identify emerging marketing trends to improve performance and strengthen the Pennyfarthing brand.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and creative writing ability.
- Proven organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills based on sound judgment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with colleagues, customers, agencies, and external partners.
