Marketing Manager, Financial Services
Location: London / Hybrid
Compensation: Competitive day rate
Tax Status: Inside IR35
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to drive customer growth across The Client’s Financial Services portfolio, initially focusing on Loans, Car Finance, and Leasing.
Working closely with Financial Services leadership and Group Marketing, you’ll own the acquisition strategy across direct and digital channels, turning commercial objectives into effective growth plans, customer propositions, and measurable results.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and deliver the acquisition and growth strategy across key Financial Services products.
- Develop customer propositions, messaging, audiences, and journeys that drive acquisition and conversion.
- Lead activity across web, app, CRM, email, SMS, paid media, SEO, content, and social.
- Build lifecycle and retargeting journeys for engaged customers.
- Use customer, market, and competitor insight to identify new growth opportunities.
- Measure and optimise performance across CAC, CPL, conversion, applications, and ROI.
- Drive a test-and-learn approach, identifying where to scale, optimise, or shift investment.
- Explore opportunities across AI, automation, and personalisation.
- Work closely with Product, Digital, CRM, Data, Brand, Compliance, Legal, and external partners.
- Ensure activity meets FCA, Consumer Duty, financial promotions, and GDPR requirements.

About you
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong experience in acquisition, growth, or performance marketing within Financial Services or another FCA-regulated environment.
- A proven track record of delivering measurable customer and commercial growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital acquisition, performance marketing, and lifecycle/CRM.
- Experience using data, testing, and attribution to optimise marketing performance.
- Good understanding of FCA requirements, Consumer Duty, and financial promotions.
- Strong commercial judgement and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple teams.
