About The Salad Project

We are building the world's best salad bar.

Founded in London in 2021, The Salad Project is one of the UK's fastest-growing food brands, with 15 stores across London and our first international site now open in Paris. We have won UberEats Restaurant of the Year, been named the 12th fastest-growing company in the UK, and picked up the Most Scalable Concept Award.

About the role

Our goal in London is simple: become a household name and a part of the city's culture. That doesn't happen through big campaigns alone - it happens store by store, one conversation, event and recommendation at a time. We need a marketing manager to reach our goal.

You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, in a small team, to own this. Your focus is events and local partnerships, alongside local store, community and influencer marketing. Social media and CRM comes next, and you'll manage it day to day alongside the Head of Marketing.

What you'll do

  • Run a monthly events programme and help us develop formats that are distinctly The Salad Project, the kind that earn real buzz
  • Build and manage local partnerships with gyms, studios, communities and clubs, independent brands and neighbourhood businesses
  • Own local store marketing across London: neighbourhood activations, store openings and the community moments that make a store feel like it belongs where it is
  • Grow and look after our community, from regulars to ambassadors to the people who haven't tried us yet
  • Lead influencer outreach and our creator gifting programme
  • Manage our social media (Instagram + TikTok) day to day: posting and engaging with comments and DMs - in time, the opportunity to get involved in strategy, creation
  • Write in our voice: event copy, creative briefs, in-store touchpoints
  • Jump in on customer emails when we need you, from event announcements to store news
  • Work with area and store managers so local activity is consistent, on brand and drives sales
  • Own the events budget, with support from the Head of Marketing
  • Spot the brands, people and moments London is talking about and build relationships that turn them into partnerships
  • Report on what worked and what didn't across events, social, local partnerships and promotions, including the impact on store sales and footfall

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
