In a nutshell, we are the UK's largest judicial services company and pioneers in clean air technology, offering services that support local and central government, utilities, and private sectors through the delivery of market-leading, integrated technology-enabled solutions from design and implementation to management and recovery.
Introduction into the Position
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our Group marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver integrated marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate new business opportunities, and support the continued growth of our diverse portfolio of businesses. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the Group, you will lead a talented marketing team, oversee high-impact campaigns, and ensure our marketing activities deliver measurable results and exceptional return on investment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and deliver the Group marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement.
- Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands, channels, and audiences.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the marketing team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and supporting continuous professional development.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, reporting on performance, and ensuring strong return on investment.
- Lead strategic projects including website and CRM development, ensuring marketing systems and processes remain effective and innovative.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting senior leadership, deputising for the Marketing Director where appropriate, and assisting with crisis communications.

What We Are Looking For:
- CIM Level 6 qualification (or equivalent) with significant experience in a senior marketing role.
- Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns across multi-disciplinary organisations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, analysing performance, and demonstrating marketing ROI.
- Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- A proactive, innovative, and solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information
