Description
We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Marketing Manager to develop the marketing function for Medneo UK.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape marketing within a growing healthcare organisation, helping to strengthen our position across NHS and private healthcare markets while supporting patient acquisition and commercial growth.
You'll be equally comfortable developing marketing strategy, analysing campaign performance, creating compelling content, working alongside our commercial teams and challenging thinking where the evidence supports a different approach. Above all, you'll be someone who enjoys being involved in the detail as much as setting the direction.
Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you'll build a modern, data-driven marketing function that supports business growth, strengthens our brand and delivers measurable results across both B2B and B2C audiences.
What’s In It For You…
- You'll have the autonomy to shape how marketing operates at Medneo UK, working alongside an engaged leadership team that values ideas, encourages challenge and recognises the role marketing plays in driving commercial success. If you're looking for a role where you can influence strategy, roll up your sleeves and see the direct impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
Salary: up to £60,000
Hybrid working - ideally you will be based within 1 hour commute of London
Time to Recharge: 25 days holiday + bank holidays + up to 3 extra days for long service
Private Medical Insurance (Bupa) – includes pre-existing conditions
Add-On Family Health Options and Life Assurance x5
Dedicated Wellbeing Tools
Career Growth: Paid CPD, structured development, internal promotions
24/7 GP Access + Mental Health First Aiders
True Team Culture – You’re supported, heard, and never just a number
Plus: Blue Light Card, gym discounts, cycle to work, cashback plans, Tastecard, Denplan, tech vouchers & more
Discount for friends & family MRI scans in the London centre
Inclusive, values-led culture that celebrates you
What You'll Be Doing…
As Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of marketing across the full spectrum, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll develop integrated campaigns, strengthen our digital presence, support sales and tender activity, manage agency partners and ensure every marketing initiative contributes to the wider commercial objectives of the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
