Marketing Manager - Peak District
Hospitality and Drinks
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000
Primarily office based
Our client is a well established, independent craft drinks producer and now one of the best known names in its field. Following significant investment two years ago and a change to ambitious new ownership, the business is in serious growth mode, with multiple taproom venues across the region, more in the pipeline, and a fast growing online shop.
They're looking for someone to take charge of marketing across the business, the brand and the venues. It's a big job, but a genuinely hands on one. Managing a small team, you'll take ownership across the piece, shaping how the brand shows up, driving footfall to the venues, growing the ecommerce channel, and building relationships with the major retailers who stock the product. You'll report directly to the Commercial Director and have real influence over how the business plans and delivers against its goals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
