Role Description

The Marketing Manager is a full-time role based in Greater Manchester with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing flexibility to work from home. This role is responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and customer acquisition initiatives across digital and offline channels.

  • Coordinating email and performance marketing activities
  • Analysing campaign performance
  • Optimising marketing spend

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, design, and sales teams to align messaging, support launches, and ensure a consistent brand voice. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities, including partnerships and community engagement aligned with PRENTA’s sustainability and innovation values.

Qualifications

  • Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, including experience developing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, such as social media management, email marketing platforms, and basic SEO/SEM.
  • Ability to create and oversee marketing content, including copywriting for campaigns, web pages, and social media assets.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, using metrics and dashboards to measure performance and inform decisions.
  • Solid project management abilities, including prioritisation, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a consistent, brand-appropriate tone.
  • Previous experience in consumer products, fashion, footwear, or children’s brands is beneficial but not required.
  • Understanding of sustainability-focused marketing and customer engagement around environmental initiatives is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a growing business, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
