Marketing Manager

£55,000-£60,000
Four-day working week - Fully home-based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to join a growing technology-led business.

This is a broad and influential role offering full ownership of the company's marketing strategy and delivery. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Working fully from home across a four-day week, you will shape the marketing plan, manage campaigns and content, support sales activity, and develop valuable partner relationships. You will also use modern AI tools to improve the quality, speed, and effectiveness of marketing delivery.

This position offers considerable autonomy and would suit a creative, commercially focused marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into measurable results.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and deliver an annual marketing strategy aligned with the company's wider business plan, growth objectives, and budget.
  • Create a clear tactical marketing plan, translating the strategy into focused monthly activity and measurable outcomes.
  • Take ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring expenditure is controlled and delivers a strong return.
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide clear recommendations for future activity.
  • Support wider business growth initiatives and investment activity, including preparing professional investor presentations when required.

Campaigns, Content, and Digital Marketing

  • Plan and deliver integrated digital, offline, and PR campaigns from initial concept through to execution and review.
  • Manage campaigns across all relevant channels, ensuring activity is consistent, targeted, and commercially effective.
  • Measure campaign and channel performance, interpret analytics, and continually optimise activity.
  • Manage the content calendar and maintain a consistent schedule across the company's marketing channels.
  • Produce engaging copy for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Use generative AI tools to improve copywriting, content creation, design, and other marketing workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
