Marketing Manager - Fixed-term, 6 months (maternity cover)

Location: London Bridge
Report to: CEO & Co-Founder

About XOXO Soda

XOXO is one of Europe's fastest growing drinks brands. We're building the next generation of soda: bold flavours, functional benefits and a brand designed for modern consumers.

Since launching under 3 years ago, XOXO has expanded rapidly across Europe and is now stocked by leading retailers including Sainsbury's, Albert Heijn, Co-op, Edeka, Whole Foods Market, Boots and Salling Group, alongside hundreds of cafés, restaurants and hospitality venues.

We're scaling fast, building a brand loved by consumers and becoming a leader in the next wave of functional beverages.

Now we're looking for a talented Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of our growth.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for executing XOXO's marketing strategy across brand, digital, retail activation, PR and partnerships. You'll work closely with the founders and the commercial team to drive awareness, trial and repeat purchase.

Your mission is simple: help build XOXO into a category-defining brand across Europe.

What You'll Be Responsible For

We need someone to hold the marketing engine steady for six months.

The job is to keep the always-on machine running well and to start shaping what comes next. Specifically, that means:

  • Running always-on activity day to day — the creator programme, always-on paid social (Meta), and local market activity across our European markets
  • Kicking off planning for the next Big Swing into a new set of markets

On Creator Programme

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with XOXO's creator partners
  • Keep content flowing, on-brief and on-brand across the programme
  • Track performance and flag what's working so the next Big Swing can build on it

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
