As a Marketing Manager, you’re not just supporting department initiatives and office management – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Activity

  • Support the Marketing Director in the planning and delivery of the overall marketing strategy, ensuring campaigns align with commercial priorities and brand positioning
  • Lead the planning and implementation of marketing activity across digital, social, email and on-property channels
  • Planning and executing video shoots and photoshoots with external photographers and videographers
  • Influencer management
  • Be the brand guardian of both hotel and restaurant and bar brands
  • Manage and mentor a team of two marketing team members, providing guidance on campaign delivery, creative output and project prioritization
  • Oversee the marketing calendar to ensure campaigns and content are delivered on time and aligned with key business initiatives
  • Support with the design and development of creative materials for internal and external communications using Adobe platforms
  • Copywriting across multiple marketing channels including campaign messaging, email marketing and digital content
  • Lead email marketing activity for food and drinks venues, ensuring campaigns drive engagement and bookings
  • Support the development and execution of the social media strategy, including content creation and video editing
  • Own and manage the social media calendar and oversee any paid social campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing where required
  • Provide project management support across marketing initiatives, including creation and monitoring of project plans, preparation of presentation decks and other supporting documentation
  • Work with PR, design and creative agencies to support larger campaigns and ensure delivery is aligned with brand standards where relevant
  • Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively within agreed spend
  • Ensure brand website pages and third party listings are accurate and kept up to date
  • Work closely with the sales team to support proactive lead generation initiatives and marketing activity that drives new business
  • Support cross department marketing initiatives including food and drink launches, events and seasonal campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

What Are We Looking For

  • 3–5 years marketing experience
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders, agencies and internal teams
  • A passion for marketing with experience contributing to a wide range of projects and campaigns
  • A flexible and adaptable working style with the ability to learn quickly, multitask and respond to changing priorities
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate ideas and bring campaigns to life
  • A proactive self starter who enjoys using initiative and taking ownership of projects
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and a passion for content creation
  • Experience planning and executing social media campaigns
  • A hands on, roll up your sleeves attitude
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage several projects concurrently
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience managing marketing budgets or campaign spend
  • Ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders and external agencies
