About the Role

We are looking for someone to support in developing and delivering the Cambridge & Counties Bank marketing and communications plans, across online and offline channels, ensuring they are compliant, on brand, and customer centric.

If you have professional experience working in a B2B Financial Services, Banking or Mortgage intermediary environment, then we would love to hear from you!

About You

For this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Multichannel marketing – equal experience of digital and non-digital marketing
  • Excellent project management experience and exceptional stakeholder management.
  • Campaign management experience across all marketing channels including email, regulatory communications, the production and management of collateral and events.
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience across all offline and online marketing communications channels.
  • Website editing experience (ideally WordPress)
  • Experienced in use of Adobe Creative, InDesign, Photoshop and Canva
  • Experience of working with CRM systems (currently Dot digital)
  • Excellent copy writing skills with the ability to write relevant and engaging content, interpreting complex financial solutions into jargon free, easy to understand, compelling communications.
  • Agency management experience including writing briefs, managing, and evaluating design ideas
  • Elevated levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent levels of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation and relationship management skills, including agency management experience
  • Understanding of BCOB / FCA regulations
  • An understanding of Conduct Risks & a customer first approach
  • PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
