Role Description
The Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day marketing activities to grow brand awareness and drive sales for Freya Rose London. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Portsmouth, with flexibility for some work from home. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications
- Demonstrated marketing experience in fashion, luxury goods, or related consumer brands, with a strong understanding of brand positioning and storytelling.
- Hands-on expertise with digital marketing channels (social media, email, website, paid campaigns) and familiarity with analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
- Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to brief or create on-brand content that resonates with bridal and occasion-wear audiences.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver marketing campaigns, manage budgets, coordinate timelines, and work cross-functionally in a small, collaborative team.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with good self-organization, time management, and the ability to work independently and on-site in Portsmouth as required.
- Experience in PR, influencer collaborations, or partnerships and an understanding of luxury customer expectations is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
