Marketing Manager

E3 Recruitment is recruiting a Marketing Manager for an established business operating within the commercial vehicle sector, including HGVs, tankers and specialist vehicle applications based locally to Brighouse.

This is an opportunity to take full ownership of marketing strategy and delivery, with the scope to introduce new ideas, strengthen the brand and make a measurable contribution to business growth.

Working closely with senior leadership, sales and operations, you will drive campaigns that generate quality enquiries, support vehicle sales and build lasting customer relationships. You will also lead an in-house marketing executive, combining strategic direction with hands-on delivery.

The opportunity

You will shape how the business reaches its customers, promotes its vehicle offering and converts interest into sales opportunities. The role would suit a commercially minded marketer who enjoys ownership, brings creative ideas and can demonstrate the impact of their work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering an end-to-end marketing strategy that directly supports sales objectives, generates quality leads and contributes to revenue growth.
  • Managing the marketing budget, prioritising activity that delivers strong returns.
  • Increasing lead volume and quality through SEO, PPC, paid social and targeted campaigns.
  • Promoting vehicle stock across commercial vehicle marketplaces and relevant industry platforms.
  • Managing engaging content and campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Developing CRM campaigns to nurture enquiries, encourage repeat business and improve customer retention.
  • Improving website content, visibility and conversion through the CMS.
  • Identifying new routes to market, partnerships and customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Identifying and implementing AI tools and automation to improve lead generation, lead nurturing, customer engagement, campaign performance and marketing efficiency.
  • Coordinating creative content, PR, exhibitions and industry events.
  • Setting clear KPIs and reporting on marketing's contribution to enquiries, sales and revenue.
  • Leading and developing the marketing executive while maintaining a consistent brand across all channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You should be comfortable understanding technical products and turning their features into clear, compelling customer benefits.

You will also offer:

  • Proven experience developing and delivering a marketing strategy that supports sales, with responsibility for budgets and measurable commercial results.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
