Your New Role

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of driving growth across the UK and European markets through integrated marketing campaigns, community engagement initiatives, partnerships, content marketing, and event activations.

You will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery and will suit someone who enjoys operating across multiple channels and taking campaigns from concept through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering marketing strategies for UK and European markets.
  • Driving customer acquisition through digital, social, partnership, and offline channels.
  • Managing content and social media activity across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Planning and delivering high-impact events, activations, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Building relationships with external partners, influencers, ambassadors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Working closely with international marketing, sales, and commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Managing and developing junior team members while monitoring campaign performance and ROI.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 4-7 years' experience within marketing, brand, growth, digital marketing, or communications roles.
  • Proven experience driving customer acquisition and brand growth through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong social media and content marketing expertise, particularly across fast-growth consumer channels.
  • Experience managing partnerships, influencer activity, ambassadors, or community engagement programmes.
  • Ability to plan and deliver events, activations, or experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience within marketplaces, consumer technology platforms, education, student-focused businesses, hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or similar sectors would be highly beneficial.
