UK Marketing Manager

Location: South of England / Hybrid
Salary: £75,000–£85,000 + benefits

The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded UK Marketing Manager to join a high-profile QSR business at an exciting point in its growth and transformation.

With the current Head of Marketing moving on, this person will take ownership of the UK marketing agenda and play a key role in shaping the next phase of the brand.

The role is UK focused, but the business is open to expanding the remit for the right person. As the wider international marketing structure develops, there is potential for this role to grow into a broader European or EMEA position.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership, visibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the UK marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across brand, digital, social, CRM and customer channels.
  • Translate wider brand and global initiatives into relevant UK activity.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure marketing activity is commercially effective and operationally deliverable.
  • Use customer insight, data and performance metrics to shape strategy and improve ROI.
  • Lead and manage external marketing agencies and partners.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, brand performance and commercial results.
  • Support the ongoing turnaround and transformation of the marketing function.
  • Help shape the future UK marketing structure as the business evolves.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Opportunity to Grow

The immediate remit is UK Marketing.

However, the business is developing its wider international marketing structure, and the right individual could have the opportunity to take on broader European or EMEA responsibility over time.

We're looking for someone who is ambitious and capable of growing with the organisation.

Why Join?

This is not a role where you will simply inherit an established playbook.

The business is going through a period of transformation, with an external agency supporting the turnaround and a new international marketing leadership structure being established.

You will have the opportunity to shape the UK marketing strategy, influence the wider business and make a visible commercial impact.

Location

The business is open to candidates based outside London, with a preference for someone based in the South of England who can commute into London when required.
