Marketing Manager

London Hybrid (4 days in office)
Salary: up to £50,000 + 20% Bonus

The company:

Our client is an established, well-backed organisation forming a division around two premium event launches with significant growth potential.

The role:

They are looking for a Marketing Manager for two brand-new event launches from the ground up. This is a hands-on, highly visible role covering brand, campaigns, and strategy, with genuine ownership of both launches from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy for two brand-new launches including planning, budgeting, and reporting on integrated, multi-channel campaigns against commercial and acquisition targets
  • Build two brands from the ground up, creating a consistent identity, tone of voice, and proposition
  • Oversee website development, content, and user journeys to maximise conversion, registrations, and enquiries
  • Drive customer acquisition across paid search, paid social, display, and SEO, using audience segmentation and performance data to continually improve ROI
  • Grow social and digital channels to build engaged, brand-aligned communities
  • Partner closely with sales and content teams to keep marketing aligned with wider commercial goals
  • Manage and develop a Marketing Executive

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B events marketing, ideally including brand, campaign, or product launches
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, website, PPC, SEO, paid social, and content
  • Experience managing website development, optimisation, and user journeys
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills across multiple marketing channels
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable building something from scratch in a fast-paced, evolving environment
