Marketing Manager

Location: Flexible on Location – Hybrid working available with regular travel to Rushden and London

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide senior-level marketing resource to support our Group Communications team during a period of increased activity. You'll play a key role in ensuring continuity of day-to-day brand, content and social media activity, while helping to deliver key priorities within our Powering Up the Brand programme. This includes digital landscape activation, employee advocacy, brand consistency and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager, You'll Be Working Within The Group Communications Team, Supporting Them In Delivering Brand, Content And Digital Marketing Excellence. Your Day To Day Will Include

  • Delivering a proactive programme of photography, videography and content capture across the business
  • Supporting delivery of Digital Discoverability priorities and improving how Kier is found across search, social and AI
  • Supporting delivery of Powering Up the Brand and other strategic campaigns
  • Building a strong pipeline of content that supports campaigns, social media, awards and corporate communications
  • Managing day-to-day photography coordination and artwork development, ensuring projects align with Kier Brand Standards

Requirements

This role of Marketing Manager is great for you if:

  • You have significant experience in a marketing, brand or communications role, with a strong background across brand, content and digital marketing
  • You have a proven ability to develop engaging content for a variety of channels and audiences
  • You have experience delivering integrated brand and marketing campaigns from concept through to execution
  • You have demonstrable stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence colleagues at all levels
  • You possess excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
