Marketing Manager (Growth & Demand Generation) Braunston, Northamptonshire | Full Time | Office Based
We're looking for our first dedicated Marketing Manager!
Over the last two years, EQL have worked with external marketing partners to help build the EQL brand, improve our website, strengthen our SEO and support growth. As the business has continued to grow, we've reached the point where we want to bring marketing in house and build a dedicated function of our own.
This role is ideal for someone who is tired of being one small cog in a large marketing team and wants the opportunity to build something meaningful.
This is a chance to take ownership, make your mark and help shape what marketing looks like within a rapidly growing business.
About EQL
EQL Consulting is a specialist B2B sales development business.
We help organisations selling complex products and services generate qualified sales opportunities through intelligent, human led outbound sales development.
Today we're a team of 18 people working with around 25 clients across sectors including technology, software, professional services, logistics, automation and manufacturing.
We've grown consistently year on year and have ambitious plans for the future.

The Opportunity
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a large team or spend your days maintaining existing processes. We're looking for someone who wants to build.
You'll work directly with the leadership team to develop and execute our marketing strategy while establishing the foundations of EQL's internal marketing function.
You'll have genuine autonomy, influence and the ability to see a direct connection between your work and the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the EQL website
- Drive SEO performance and organic growth
- Create LinkedIn content and thought leadership campaigns
- Produce case studies, client success stories and social proof
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Develop lead nurturing and marketing automation activity
- Maintain and strengthen the EQL brand
- Support SDR campaigns with content and messaging
- Organise webinars, events and awareness building initiatives
- Measure and report on marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
You'll likely have experience in:
- B2B marketing
- Content creation and copywriting
- Website management
- SEO
- LinkedIn marketing
- Email marketing and automation
- Campaign analysis and reporting
