Role Description

The Marketing Manager at CyberMindr will lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that position the company as a trusted partner in cybersecurity risk management. This full-time, hybrid role in the London Area, United Kingdom includes developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and overseeing content creation to drive awareness and lead generation. The Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data and feedback. The role also involves collaborating with sales, product to create targeted messaging, support go-to-market plans, and represent the marketing function in cross-functional projects.

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing management, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Knowledge of B2B technology or cybersecurity markets, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, and social media management.
  • Experience with data-driven marketing, including analytics, reporting, and performance optimization using tools like CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in content development and messaging, including briefs for blogs, case studies, white papers, and product collateral.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with sales, product, and other stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in the London or broader UK market and familiarity with security compliance and regulatory trends is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Dutch/German/French/Spanish/Italian language(s) of distinct advantage.
