Marketing Manager
Location: London
Job Type: Permanent with hybrid working (3 days in the office required)

About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Marketing Manager to deliver engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels that help to grow the LifeArc brand.
This is a varied, hands-on role with responsibility for digital marketing, website management, content creation, video production, social media and email marketing. You’ll manage key projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure our marketing activity delivers measurable impact.
This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical delivery and is looking to develop their career within a purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Website and Digital Channels
- Lead the implementation of a refreshed website experience, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Maintain and optimise the LifeArc website to ensure content remains accurate, engaging and user-focused
- Develop and manage web content that supports organisational objectives and audience needs
- Monitor website performance, analyse user behaviour and recommend improvements based on data and insights
Content and Multimedia Production
- Manage video and photography projects from initial brief through to final delivery
- Collaborate with creative suppliers, production partners and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality multimedia content
- Ideate/manage storyboards, content plans and production
- Carry out basic video editing and create assets for digital and social channels
- Manage and develop LifeArc’s image library, ensuring appropriate permissions and usage rights are maintained
Social Media and Audience Engagement
- Support planning and delivery of LifeArc’s social media activity across multiple platforms
- Create and schedule engaging content that strengthens brand awareness and audience engagement
- Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to optimise reach and engagement
- Stay informed on social media trends and emerging opportunities to enhance impact
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly

CRM and Email Marketing
- Support launch and regular delivery of email marketing campaigns
- Create engaging email content aligned to brand and business objectives
- Build and optimise automated customer journeys and email workflows
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
Marketing Operations
- Manage marketing merchandise, branded materials and supplier relationships
- Oversee ordering, stock management and distribution processes
- Support wider marketing and communications projects as required
Essential Experience Required
- Experience and qualification in marketing, campaigns, communications or a related discipline
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including websites, content, social media and email
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills, effectively managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently
Desirable
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress
- Experience managing external suppliers or creative partners
- Basic video and image editing skills
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools
- Experience using marketing data and insights to improve performance
- Scientific, healthcare or research-sector experience is advantageous but not essential
Education
- Degree in Marketing/ design or similar discipline

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven organisation.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

Salary will be determined by qualifications and experience along with other exceptional benefits.
