Marketing Manager

Fixed Term Contract, 12 months

In this role, you’ll lead impactful marketing projects that directly support patient services, working closely with clinical and business teams to deliver thoughtful, insight-led campaigns.

You’ll work alongside experienced marketing leaders, gain exposure to complex healthcare services and contribute to projects that require both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. What you’ll do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans across digital and offline channels
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify, brief and deliver high-quality marketing assets
  • Define and track clear performance metrics, using data and insights to optimise campaigns and improve outcomes
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as the key contact for marketing activity within your assigned projects

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with the confidence to manage projects end to end
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A good understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurement
