Make marketing happen. Build our brand. Help grow Jam Pan.

At Jam Pan, we help global organisations solve learning, talent and technology challenges. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing activity and help turn our marketing strategy into things that actually get seen, clicked, talked about and acted on.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work closely with our Fractional Marketing Director, who provides strategic direction, while taking responsibility for getting the work done. That means creating content, running campaigns, managing channels, looking at the data and figuring out what's working, what's not and what we should do next.

You'll have plenty of opportunity to be creative, but this isn't a role where success is measured by how many things get posted. The aim is to build awareness, generate engagement and leads, support our commercial teams and show how marketing is contributing to the growth of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
